How long does the construction process take?
Soundbuilt Homes prides itself on focusing on quality over quantity. And with that, it can take up to eight months to complete a home once the building process has started. Sometimes, things like land permits and county jurisdictions can expand that timeline, but we maintain a close eye on each project to ensure that your home meets our zero defects ideology.
Can I personlize any of my new home's features?
Your Soundbuilt home is designed with you in mind. From custom features, to fixtures and paint colors, we want every homeowner to see themselves in every facet of their home.
And with help from our design studio, we’re committed to crafting each new home with the community in mind. And even if your home is already move-in-ready, you’ll have the ability to make enhancements unlike any other community before.
What are my financing options?

Do I need 10% down?
Financing offers may vary. However, qualified buyers can find down payments as low as 3-5%. Consult with one of our preferred lenders to find the loan program that best fits your lifestyle.
Be sure to explore programs and incentives like FHA loans, USDA loans, and first-time homebuyer grants designed to make homeownership more accessible. For eligible military service members, veterans, and select surviving spouses, the VA loan program offers a 0% down payment option.
